Less than you think — one small dab does an eye. Ring finger, tapped from the inner corner outwards along the ridge you can feel beneath the eye, stopping at the temple. Nothing on the lid, nothing near the lashes.

Hemp seed oil is pressed from the seed and contains no cannabidiol at all — it's a light, fatty-acid-rich oil, third on our list. Cannabidiol is a separate extract, listed tenth at 1%. Plenty of products advertise one and quietly mean the other.
