A creamy scrub rather than a gritty one. Volcanic sand does the exfoliating with kaolin clay just above it on the list, and the base is soft enough that skin doesn't come out of the shower feeling scoured.
Organic sunflower oil, four organic berry extracts — blueberry, strawberry, cloudberry and raspberry — and vitamin E sit around them. Gentle enough for the face, effective enough for elbows and knees. Twenty-seven ingredients, 99% of natural origin, certified COSMOS Natural by Ecocert.

How to use
On dry or damp skin, two or three times a week. Work it in small circles and let the sand do the job — pressing harder doesn't exfoliate more, it just irritates. Lighter on the face, firmer on elbows, knees and legs.
Rinse with warm water and follow with a moisturiser. If your skin is on the sensitive side, once a week is plenty. Avoid broken skin, sunburn and the eye area.

Freshly exfoliated skin takes a moisturiser in better than it has all week. Don't skip it.
